With all of today’s choices in remodeling products, where would you begin to look? Should price be the sole reason to make your decision? We have done this homework for you.
F-M Contracting offers only the best products available to remodeling…not just the cheapest. We are very selective to what materials we put on your home. Use our web site and research the manufactures for yourself. You will see why we offer nothing else.
WARRANTIES:
- Metal Roof: The last roof for your home. The best warranty against hail, winds, fire; will never crack, peel, split.
- Siding: Fully transferable, lifetime warranty against fading and hail.
- Windows: Limited lifetime warranty against glass breakage and manufacture defects. Energy Star Rated.
- Shingle Roofs: 35 and 50 year manufacture warranties.
We could offer our customers “cheaper” products to under-bid our competitors, but that’s not putting your needs first.
RESEARCH:
Please do your research carefully. Do not take the contractor’s word they have the following requirements. We provide certificates at time of every proposal.
- A certificate of workman’s comp and general liability insurance.
- Certificate of Bond.
- Contractor’s license number.
- List of jobs in your local area.
