Roofing Maintenance Program at FM Roofing Exteriors:
- This Program is a Membership-Based Program.
- As a part of the membership, twice per year FM Roofing Exteriors will come and analyze your roof, conducting a 14 point roofing inspection. These inspections will be scheduled in the fall and in the spring.
- What is included in the Roofing Inspection? FM Roofing Exteriors will thoroughly check the roof including: ridge caps, vents, shingles, flashings, pipe boots, any other roof penetrations, valleys, noticeable weak wood, verify for proper attic ventilation. (We will need access to the attic), gutter drainage, noticeable wind damage, noticeable hail damage, lifted shingles, low nails, etc.
- FM Roofing Exteriors will clean the gutters for the homeowner if they do not have gutter covers on their home. ($75.00 value per cleaning)(We can not remove gutter covers due to warranty issues. We are not liable for voiding of any warranty)
- With the membership, you will be given 25% off any roofing repairs that may arise as a result to the roof inspections.
- Should there be a storm, FM Roofing & Exteriors will offer a FREE storm damage roof inspection to each and every member in order to assure the homeowner that there was no damage from the recent storm. (Owner must call us for to schedule this inspection.)
- A written report of the result of the inspection will be provided to the member from FM Roofing Exteriors.
- With this membership, should the roof be inspected and verified to be in "Replacement" condition, FM Roofing Exteriors will offer a discount of $500 off the roof replacement's initial estimate.
